Our commitment to Social Responsibility comes to life through a successful initiative that doubled its goal.
As part of our ongoing EcoMAD Month journey, we embarked on a mission to live our values and make a tangible impact in our community. This initiative was a powerful embodiment of our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, putting our core value of Social Responsibility into direct action.
For us, this drive was never just about raising funds; it was about fostering genuine connection, demonstrating care, and showing compassion. It was about channeling the MAD spirit—Making A Difference—into meaningful support for a truly deserving cause.
Why We Chose This Drive & Getting to Know Our Beneficiary
EcoMAD Month encompasses holistic sustainability, which includes caring for the community we operate in. We were privileged to direct our efforts this year toward the 友善残障福利中心 (Kebajikan Anak-Anak Yatim & OKU Mesra Petaling Jaya Selangor).
This center provides an essential and loving home for orphans and individuals with different abilities (OKU). They work tirelessly to create a safe and nurturing environment, relying on community support to meet daily needs. Our goal was to help alleviate their operational burdens and bring joy directly to their residents, reinforcing our belief that our corporate health is linked to the wellbeing of our society.
The Incredible Impact We Created Together
We are thrilled to announce that our collective effort raised RM31,928—more than double our original target of RM15,000!
This astounding achievement allowed us to provide comprehensive support to the care center, addressing both immediate and wellness needs. Our contributions enabled us to:
- Provide Essential Sustenance: We stocked the center's pantry with crucial daily items, including rice, cooking oil, milk powder, biscuits, and adult diapers, ensuring security and comfort for the residents.
- Supply Medical Aid: Understanding the need for everyday healthcare, we delivered a supply of medical essentials such as flu medicine, anti-itch cream, and cough syrup.
- Promote Overall Wellbeing: To nourish the body and soul, we provided fresh produce and nutritional support, going beyond basics to promote holistic health.
- Offer the Gift of Time and Connection: A team of our employees organized a heartfelt visit to serve a warm lunch and spend an afternoon sharing stories, laughter, and meaningful moments with the residents. This personal touch was a core part of our mission to show care and connection.
Our support brought tangible help and heartfelt joy to the center.

This successful drive powerfully demonstrates what we can achieve when we unite behind a common purpose. Let’s continue to carry this MAD spirit forward in everything we do—in our projects, our interactions, and our future initiatives to help our community.
