Social Media Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and sports-savvy Social Media Marketing Executive to lead the growth of our sports-focused website/app and support campaigns with strategic partners. You’ll build brand presence, drive traffic, and activate online communities across Southeast Asia—while working in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

This role is perfect for someone who loves sports, understands fan culture, and knows how to turn content into conversions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Growth
    • Develop and execute platform-tailored content strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, XiaoHongShu, etc.).
    • Plan and publish sports-focused content: match highlights, reels, memes, infographics, news updates, fan talking points.
    • Drive traffic and app/website visits from social channels.
  • Content & Fan Engagement
    • Ideate campaigns that turn viewers into users and users into loyal members.
    • Work closely with designers and video editors to create scroll-stopping visuals and short-form content.
  • Campaigns & Collaborations
    • Support influencer, affiliate, and KOL partnerships to grow visibility and registrations.
    • Assist in co-branded campaigns with partners and sponsors.
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimise for engagement, CPA, and conversions.
  • Insights & Performance Tracking
    • Measure and report performance across platforms: reach, clicks, followers, traffic, registrations.
    • Keep an eye on competitor trends, fan behaviour, and viral opportunities.
    • Recommend strategies to improve content impact and acquisition.

What You’ll Need:  

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content management.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin — able to read, write and communicate in both.
  • Passionate about sports or football culture.
  • Curious, proactive, and constantly exploring new ideas and acquisition methods.
  • Strong understanding of social trends, platform algorithms, and digital user behaviour.
