Senior Copywriter

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Copywriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, persuasive, and creative content across various platforms to elevate brand visibility and drive engagement. You will lead copy development for key campaigns, mentor junior writers, and contribute to shaping the brand voice.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, persuasive, and engaging copy for content marketing strategy, including blog posts, articles, social media, videos, infographics, case studies, whitepapers aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Ensure all copy aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Strategy and Concept Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize campaigns and brainstorm ideas.
- Translate business objectives into impactful copy that drives conversions and customer engagement.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior copywriters, providing constructive feedback to improve their skills.
- Review and approve copy produced by other team members to ensure quality and consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and supports overall marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with SEO and analytics teams to optimize content performance.
Project Management:
- Manage the content calendar for the respective brand(s), ensuring timely delivery of content that meets established deadlines and aligns with marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of copy.
Performance Optimization:
- Optimize content for SEO, incorporating relevant keywords and best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and CTAs.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
- Experience with analytics tools to measure content performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
