Marketing Operations Manager

The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Head of Marketing Operations to spearhead and optimise all contents, campaigns onsite and offsite within budget. Additionally establishing guidelines as well as SOPs to ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently analyse JIRA projects for resource requirements and for all marketing projects for the business need; while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Marketing stakeholders and assist in the development and execution of external/internal marketing campaigns using effective system tools and ensure all bonus requirements are aligned to achieve the campaign/promotion objectives.  
  • Ensure optimization plans for various scope of projects is appropriate and meets the changing needs and requirements of the business and stakeholders.  
  • Develop SOPs and provide support to guide the team an improve work processes and identify and manage risks appropriately.  
  • Strategize and delegate process improvements on operation workflow including product and/or feature improvement Onsite and in the Backoffice.  
  • Supporting the B2C Marketing Communications via different channels and development of internal process methodologies. Set and align targets for all CRM and EDM projects to ensure communication channel meets campaign/promotion objectives.  
  • Managing large and diverse teams across multiple locations and time zones.  
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.  

What You’ll Need:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Media, Business Administration and Project Management  
  • In depth Experience in effective Digital Marketing, Planning & Forecasting, Process & Automation, CRM systems, Industry Trends and Project Management  
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant and proven working experience including in managerial or supervisory roles. Industry-specific certifications and/or experience.
